Who is Ibn Juzzay al-Kalbi?

Ibn Juzayy al-Kalbī was a distinguished Andalusian scholar, jurist, and writer from Granada. Born in 693 AH (1294 CE), he became one of the leading intellectuals of his era, mastering disciplines such as fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), tafsīr (Qur’anic exegesis), hadith, Arabic literature, and theology. His scholarship reflects the rich intellectual tradition of Muslim Spain.
