يعتبر هذا الكتاب متن أبي شجاع في الفقه الشافعي المسمى الغاية والتقريب للقاضي أحمد بن الحسين الأصفهاني من أكثر كتب الشافعية تداولاً بين الطلاب ، لإيجاز عباراته ، وسهولة ألفاظه ، ولكن لا تخلو بعض أحكامه من الضعف ، وبعض شروطه من النقص ، وبعض ألفاظه من اللبس ، فلذا قام المحقق بتحقيق الكتاب ووضع التعليقات اللازمة عليه وتخريجه وتبيين أدلته بأسلوب عملي رصين .

This book is considered the book of Abi Shuja ibn Shafi’i jurisprudence called The Purpose and Approximation to Judge Ahmed Bin Al-Hussein Al-Isfahani, one of the most popular Shafi’i books among students, for its conciseness and ease of expression, but some of its rulings are not without weakness, some of its conditions of deficiency, and some of its expressions of confusion. The investigator investigated the book, put the necessary comments on it, produced it, and presented its evidence in a sober, practical manner.
