Who is Imam ibn Baaz?

Imam ʿAbdul-ʿAzīz ibn ʿAbdullāh ibn Bāz (رحمه الله) was one of the most influential Islamic scholars of the 20th century and a leading authority in Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh), Hadith, and creed (ʿAqīdah). He served as the Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia and was the head of the Council of Senior Scholars, playing a major role in guiding the Muslim Ummah through authentic Islamic teachings.
